Role Description
Are you passionate about driving sales through proactive prospecting, curating and optimizing lists, and providing invaluable marketing support?
Join our team as A Sales Development Representative where you'll play a pivotal role in refining our contacts, building prospects, and exceeding monthly goals.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting Excellence: Build and refine our prospect list through targeted efforts, making 50+ dials per day to secure qualified leads.
Strategic List Curation: Cleanse and qualify company contacts, ensuring accuracy and relevance for our marketing endeavors.
Active Participation: Engage in weekly marketing meetings to share progress, offer insights, address challenges, and seek support where needed.
Contact Cleansing: Verify and update contact details, including names, addresses, phone numbers, device counts, and whenever possible, email addresses from our raw list.
Thorough Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of all activities, calls made, and contacts cleaned, submitting comprehensive reports weekly.
Tech Utilization: Proficiently navigate and leverage CRM tools, and other tech resources effectively.
Timely Task Completion: Execute assigned tasks promptly and accurately, following directives and timelines diligently.
Playbook Dedication: Embrace and master our processes, offering insights and suggestions for continual improvements.
Adaptability: Tackle any additional tasks or projects as delegated by management, showcasing flexibility and a proactive approach.
Growth-Focused: Grow skills and strategies on a regular basis to contribute to company success.
Qualifications:
~The IDEAL CANDIDATE for this position will have at least 1 years' experience in phone sales, ideally for prospecting and setting appointments.
~Interest in a sales career with a desire to advance into a more advanced sales role.
~Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
~Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
~Proficiency in CRM systems and tech-driven sales tools.
~Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets.

Education:
~Associates or bachelor's degree (or equivalent job experience of 1+ year(s) of successful B2B prospecting or sales experience).
Experience:
~1+ years B2B prospecting or sales (preferred).
